I was not really please with water and power outages

For one thing I came with people all over the world and the hotel did not fail, it was awesome
It was a lovely moment and the service where just fine but I do not understand why I have to pay extra money for breakfast on an executive suit that was for me and my wife. I have to pay extra 8000.that was wrong. Professionally
There are two types of reception, on desk reception and door post reception. The door post reception are not doing there job only focused on tips which is wrong. Expectations are you help customers with luggage and then you get a reward thereafter.
